Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG)

MBG is a government initiative aimed at ensuring balanced nutrition access for millions of students across Indonesia.

Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG)

It is the official service unit partner of Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) for distributing nutritious meals in accordance with the MBG Program standards. Designed as a production center with a capacity of up to 4,000 servings per day, it is managed by partners and operates under BGN’s nutrition and hygiene standards.

NATIONAL TARGET

The target beneficiaries of the MBG from the BGN are 82.9 million people by the end of 2025, who will be served by a target of 30,000 kitchens across Indonesia.

Ventrue Capital Partnership Model

Early Funding

Ventrue Capital allocates an investment of IDR 1-2 billion per SPPG for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX).

Preparation Development

Renovation/development of kitchen facilities, installation of equipment, and recruitment of local workforce.

Kitchen Operations

SPPG runs the kitchen in accordance with BGN's nutrition and hygiene standards.

Contract & Off-Taker

BGN provides long-term contracts as the buyer of the kitchen's services, ensuring stable revenue.

Refinancing

Within 1-2 months after the Virtual Agreement (VA), the kitchen is refinanced by Ventrue Capital's bank/multifinance partners through a buyback guarantee scheme.

Exit Investor

Ventrue Capital exits with the return of capital + margin, while the kitchen continues to operate under the supervision of BGN.
